I became interested in indoor cycling 5 years ago when a hip injury prevented me from running– ever since then I’ve been hooked on cycling. As a wife and mother of five sons, I needed an exercise routine that would challenge me, but also be safe and offer a huge calorie burn, without spending hours at the gym. I consider myself an accidental athlete and believe anyone, at any fitness level can find their inner athlete as well. Nutrition is a huge part of my daily life and I credit exercise and proper diet to my 40 lb weight loss. I’ll be there to coach, encourage, and motivate you along your fitness journey.
